Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 1pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
• Express post orders will be prioritised.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia

• Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (FREE on orders over $120)
• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
• Once dispatched, delivery times depend on Australia Post.

We do not take responsibility for delays within the Australia Post network. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in theirs!

New Zealand

• Flat rate: $15
• Delivery times vary based on location.

International Worldwide

• Flat rate: $25
• Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
• We are not responsible for customs fees or duties. These vary by country, so we recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Preorders

• If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder item is available.
• Want in-stock items sooner? Place two separate orders to have them shipped separately.
