Returns

Please read the below conditions and email hello@lennlabel.com.au to obtain an ra number before returning your purchase.

We accept returns on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt.

We only offer refunds for womenswear, no refunds are available on childrenswear for change of mind. 

We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note for the return of childrenswear.

Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. We do not offer returns on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts. You will be responsible for the returns shipping costs, we suggest sending via a trackable service as we will not take responsibility for lost parcels. 

We quality check all of our pieces before sending to you, however in the case you have received a faulty item please take a photo of the fault as soon as possible and email us at hello@lennlabel.com.au so we can work with you on a solution.
