The fine print
Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We're happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
No returns on sale items.
If you'd like to exchange please include the product and size you would like to exchange for so we can place it aside for you.
Once on hold we can only keep exchange items aside for one week.
How do you get your return back to us?
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, we are happy to cover the exchange postage back to you.
We highly recommend using tracked shipping, as we won't take responsibility for lost or delayed returns.
Is your item faulty?
We work with the highest quality fabrics and trust our manufacturer. Quality is extremely important to us so if you think you've received something not up to scratch, please email us with a photo to hello@lennlabel.com.au and we'll work with you on a solution.
